Refund and Cancellation Policy

We focus on giving you the best services possible. In case of any situation where refund have to be made, client has to initiate the request to refund. Please refer to our policy on cancellation and refund.

For Cancellations please contact the us via contact us link or call back to your support agent mentioned in the welcome mail.
Cancellation request made four or less days prior to the event will NOT be accepted.
In case of situations where cancellation can't be avoided, the refund will be made after deducting the service/administration charges.
Refund will be credited to your account/card with in 14 working days after the approval from program manager
In case of incomplete transactions where money is debited from your account, kindly contact us with the reference number within 7 days.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be made to the original credit card, provided at the time of registration and in case of payment through payment gateway, payments refund will be made to the same account.
